Doesn't work
The rotating discs didn't rotate. Tried many times and they were placed correctly. Returned it April 8 amd still haven't gotten refunded. Disappointed and dissatisfied with amazon

Didn’t work when opened
Can’t return-bought as gift and outside the window to return. It didn’t work when we opened it.

Stopped working after 1 month!!!! - ~doesnt steam.
Doesn't steam anymore, have tried everything. Return window closed. Ridiculous.

Love this vacuum! Fits under areas my larger vacuum can’t. Works great on hard floors to pick up dog hair. Cleans much better than a broom. Not too bad on carpet for quick cleanup for crumbs and dog hair. I love that it can convert easily to a hand held to vacuum upholstery and small areas. Easy to empty and the charge lasts long enough to use on my whole house.

Product looked like it was opened before then resealed and ship to me. Now working, sent it back.

It worked fine but it is not well built/designed and broke quickly. When I was cleaning around the table, the table leg got stock in between the two pads for a split of a second and the mop stopped working. I opened the whole thing up. The motor has metal blade which engages with plastic gears for the pads. As soon as one pad stops for any reason, the main metal gear will shatter the plastic gears for the pads. Sooner or later yours will break, too.
