How are these shipped to avoid being melted?

Hello From Germany, if we ship chocolate in the summer time we use cool bags. That means not that the chocolate has refrigeration temperature if you arrived but the chocolate is protect for strong heat. If you order more than 10 (also different sorts) we deliver by Express courier (Fedex or DHL Express) and the transit time is 1-2 working days. How many pieces in a box?

I believe that there are 20, but I haven't opened a box to count. I saw a nutritional information panel for "each" piece, and that indicated that the individual pieces of chocolate are 12.5g, so there must be 20 in a 250g box.

Are these individually wrapped?

No, they are not wrapped individually.

What is the alcohol content ?

Although unsure, one online finding stated 1% alcohol and, the chocolates could not even have an oz of fluid.. thus, very small. From my experience, all chocolates with alcohol are insignificant in alcohol; sorry do not expect to get drunk. These chocolates had the distinction of a great taste.

Dark chocolate filled liqueur

Delicious! If you like dark chocolate filled liqueur. A little pricey but what isn't these days but well worth the money, I think. Order only during the cooler months as it may melt on your porch or in your mailbox. Luckily mine did not melt. Since I live in Arizona I have to think about these things.

Worth the Price Tag

Best delicious candy with alcohol filling ever! Different types of liquor pair well with chocolate and produce a burst of flavor in your mouth when you bite into them. It is a bit pricey and took a while to get delivered, but well worth the money and the wait. My husband loves German chocolate and this made a great present for his birthday.

Tasty with a kick

My order was to arrive two weeks before Christmas, but I was informed by the company it would be delayed.Well, it was: it arrived on the 24th, just in barely in time for the holiday. Without more than an email from me asking why the delay, the company refunded the purchase price and apologized. I responded that this was not necessary but the reply I received reiterated the order was "comped" and to enjoy. Everyone did, thechocolates were good and I will order again both for the product and the excellent customer service.

Tastes great!

I first found this in a Swiss railway station, tried it and loved it. Don’t know that the Trumpf family hasn’t disowned Donald, but they make great chocolate with liqueur filling! Great to enjoy and also to gift(gag) for Christmas.

Don't buy this product

The item finally arrived when I already gave up. The chocolate looked old, melted, with liquer spilled out into the box and wetting the cardbox. Looks totally gross. The box itsef was wet and damaged. Complete waste of money.

Delicious excellent customer service

Dont order in hot weather!! but these are AMAZING. I love chocolate & real liquor. They're addictive. These are not chocolates for kids !! Ordered many boxes and will continue to do so for myself and to give as gifts.! Delicious!... They do sometimes take long to receive but they're worth the wait. Only bad thing is you should only order in the winter otherwise they melt. Like any chocolate.! - Customer for life don't change them please
