Good product. Was a little to harsh for me I am more sensitive to the electricity shocks of these units but my daughter absolutely loves using it with her anxiety attacks.

I was skeptical at first, but now I can’t live without it. You hold it in your palm with the round node touching the skin and it creates subtle electrical pulses. There are five levels of electricity and anything over 2 or 3 will actually energize you. The instructions aren’t very detailed, so at first I thought the higher the level the faster it would put me to sleep, and that is NOT the case. To help me fall asleep I always use the lowest setting, which is so low I usually don’t even feel the electrical pulsing, it is very subtle. You don’t need to feel it for it to work. The other levels are strong and keep me awake, and now I sometimes use the higher levels in the morning when I’m trying to become alert. I have been using this device for several weeks now, and it has completely changed my life. I’ve struggled falling asleep for the past year, usually just lying there awake because my brain won’t stop thinking. It surprises me how it could work, but this device does relax me, usually very noticeably. I continue to hold it in my hand until I fall asleep. It takes a very long button press to turn it on or off, but just pressing the Minus ( - ) button will reset the 20-minute timer. I like to read a little in bed before I sleep, and I use the device while reading which does help to relax me. The battery lasts a very long time, and the instructions say it lasts for 50 twenty minute sessions. Another thing is that there have been a few times that I forgot to use it, and after laying awake for 15 minutes I realize I don’t have the device, and each time it immediately relaxes me enough that I doze off before I know it. I ordered another one of these for my mom and it works for her too. We’ve noticed that it doesn’t work as well for either of us the night before a big event or a travel day. Any time where I am much more anxious at night than a normal day, it doesn’t put me to sleep like the other average days — which I would be surprised if it did. But she has struggled with good sleep for years and she now uses this every night too.

I have always seemed to have problems sleeping. I was hoping I wasn't wasting money on something that wasn't going to work. When I got it I couldn't feel a thing when I held it and I thought oh great!. I tried it on my wrist and definitely felt it was working. So told myself I'm giving this a good try. I've had it almost a week now and I think it is helping. To be honest I haven't gone to sleep in 20 minutes because I have had to turn on the device a second time a few times since I have received it. The excited mode does seem to get me going better in the morning, I'll have to say. It's like a boost of energy. I was surprised. It is very comfortable to hold and I think it is a good value.

Do not recommend at ALL. The charger that came with it didn’t even fit properly. I used another charger and it worked but then nothing else worked on it.

I bought this item to help me get back to sleep at night. I wake up numerous times and stay awake for an hour or more each time. It was hard to figure out how to operate it and I found that I held it so tightly so that I could feel the vibration that I would get an awful cramp in my hand. It did help me get back to sleep, just uncomfortable and hard to use.

I purchased for my young daughter to see if it could help her to self regulate quicker with her autistic obstacles and to help with the sleep difficulties. After giving it a week, she has used it daily and loves it. It’s helping with regulating when over stimulated, she thinks it tickles and uses it for fun and before bed. My teenage son used it and immediately asked for one. I will be purchasing another one. Thank you
