Easy to use
Strenght perfect lenght and value for the money.It came with a little purse to put all of them and they have initials that let you know if its heavy tight or less tight. For me it helped a lot for my knee and before I workout I do streching with them. Worth the money!

LENGTH OF BANDS IS TOO SHORT
,`Bands are 11 inches long on one side (22 inches total). they are too short. I wish they were a couple of inches longer. with arthritis, it is difficult to slide them around feet and up.

I bought two. Two for each side. Plenty of variety. Works well while being cost-effective.
I'm just using the light one to train my left hand to be ambidextrous. Works well enough.
