Q: Can this be user as makeup? Could I probably place eyelash glue then stick the powder on top of colorful eyeliner so that it will glow in the dark?

I would suggest it only if the original glow-in-the-dark color is the color you want. Most eye shadow is only primarily mica powder anyway. Caveat, if the eyeshadow color you want to be dominant does not match the gitd color it will get covered up by the gitd color as the mica is fully colored and opaque already.

Q: Can it be used in sugar or salt scrub since it washes off?

I think it may depend on how fine the sugar or salt is. This powder is pretty fine and may sift through the larger particles to rest on the bottom of the container.

Hi. The luminous effect is linked to the amount of powder and the sunlight absorption time. The more powder you use and the longer you place under the sunlight, the brighter the lights and the longer the light-emitting time.

Q: What mix ratio should I use with my resin to assure a proper glow?

Hi. You can try epoxy resin : glow powder in a ratio of 2:1. If you want better results, you can also try a 1:1 ratio. The luminescent powder needs to absorb light first to emit light. Simply place the glow powder in the light source (such as sunlight or UV light) for a period of time, then it will glow in the dark. The more powder you use, the brighter it glows. The longer it is placed under the light source, the longer the powder glows.
