Yhe iron didn't work after three month of use
Only was used around six times in that period of time (3 months) My wife sent it to her sister and the iron stop working. the light was on but the iron failed to heat up. This product regardless that I purchased it because it was a brand name (CONAIR) it didn't live to expectations. I wanted to have my money back or a new one but like I said my wife sent as a present to her sister and it will cost us more in shipping alone plus sending back to AMAZON so I'm very disappointed about the whole system and the product. Too bad that we look bad for sending a present that only lasted 3 months

Disappointed
Worked well for a year. Then failed to heat up. Has a 3 year warranty but not thru Amazon. Need to jump through hoops the get a replacement or a refund and not your choice. It’s up to ConAir corporate. Bought this popular band but turned out to be not so good. I hope ConAir will give me my money back cause I’m not comfortable with their products.
