Sciatica Relief
I have spinal stenosis that causes burning nerve pain from my lower back through my foot. Sometimes I can’t sleep and this is the only thing that gives me relief. The gel works much better than the pads and is much cheaper. Do wash your hands well after use as it stings on sensitive areas.

Effective
This massage gel works wonderfully! It has a smooth texture that spreads easily and absorbs well without feeling sticky. The soothing effect helps relax my muscles and relieve tension after a long day. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. Definitely a must-have for anyone who enjoys a good massage.

Great topical pain reliever
My husband needed to have both knees replaced and this product along with traditional treatments helped him be able to keep moving for years before commiting to the surgery. The smell was a regular fixture in our home. It also proved to be a great topical pain reliever for muscle strains from overdoing it in the garden. Great to have on hand for unexpected aches and pains.

Other products work better
This helps relieve the pain but not as much as the Vicks cream and spray product available

Great topical pain reliever.
My late mother introduced me to BioFreeze at least 35 years ago and I've been a believer in it ever since. The gel seems to work better than the roll-on.
