The seller responded fairly quickly and followed through with replacing the item. The shipping of the replacement took a bit of time but I am happy with the seller and their response, The issue with the original product has been resolved in the replacement I received. The thumbscrews now work properly and properly tighten to hold the camera in place. Happy with the purchase. Thank you. Original Review ------------------------------------------------------- The thumb screws that tighten the piece your camera attach to can not be tightened enough. The are the weakest link and means any camera sags down almost instantly. This renders the entire kit useless. Waiting for the seller to respond...
