I was taking this and stopped. I started gaining weight. Then I realized I had stopped taking this. I started back up again and am currently losing weight. I can't feel any difference but it is making a difference. It doesn't affect the way you feel but it works. This is not a fast weight loss but it does help. I was off of this for about three weeks before I identified what I had been doing different to suddenly gain weight. I have been back on it for a couple of weeks and am very close to my previous weight.

I regret this purchase. It’s not third-party tested who knows if this product has heavy metals in it there’s a lot of things that could be hitchhiking into this product without the benefit of third-party testing for purity. I regret buying this. Updating my review. I was afraid to use this product and I let it sit on my shelf for like a year. I have dementia and I was having some difficulties so I decided I would try the product and not worry about heavy metals. I very quickly had massive improvement of my cognitive function, I have tons more mental and physical energy in my mind is sharp again. I’m truly amazed at how quickly and how dramatically I have improved. I think it’s the Ginkgo, I also started some whey protein, but I don’t think the whey protein is doing it.

We love this product. We add it to our smoothies every morning. Will get a lot of use out of a bag this size

Works as it says for calming my heart

I am trying the loose powder ginkgo out this week and I'm struggling to get dosage right. It didn't come with a scoop, so I'm just guessing at serving sizes. Massive product failure, which is why I gave it 3 stars. My coffee scale only measures to the gram, not milligram, so I'm just kind of guessing. I'm thinking 1/2 tsp?It does seem to keep my Raynaud's symptoms at bay, which I had noticed returning after I had finished off some ginkgo capsules from another brand, but before I started taking this brand's loose powder.
