It's okay!
I put a little squirt in my coffee each day. It tastes a tad oily but I can handle it, especially since my weight seems to be going down slowly. Whether it has anything to do with the MCT oil or not is a mystery.

Good product, but damaged packaging from the delivery service.
Just wanted to say that I like your product. However, lately the product has arrived in torn open bags. I have request a refund from Amazon and reorder due to this.
