If you can stand the vinegar taste ..this works fast!

Taste is terrible but it works, I even ordered more. I take a swig of it and chase with a swallow of water. Mixed in water the first time, too much hassle. Within 5 minutes of taking my cramps work and don't come back for a few hours.
