Cumplen muy bien su función. Yo las utilizo para hacer zancadas, con y sin mancuernas, y otros ejercicios que impliquen apoyar las rodillas. Amortiguan muy bien el impacto de la rodilla con el suelo.

Protege bastante bien, es muy cómodo y flexible, lo uso para ir con con la bici y va genial.

I don't use them for volleyball, but at work where I'm constantly moving around and kneeling. Regular kneepads like slipping and binding up behind my knees but these allow full freedom of motion and are comfortable to wear for 8-9 hours a day. They don't slip at all.
