Helpful for tummy

I use this religiously per my doctor's recommendation. This product works differently than others and is what my doctor recommends, but it is not always available, for some reason. I can always find it here and at a decent price.

Citrucel is my go to fiber supplement. My doctor recommended this over Metamucil. I take three every day and it gives me additional fiber for the day and keeps me regular. It was cheaper to buy it here than it was at the big box store. Great product!

I've used this product for decades, on the recommendation of my Gastroenterologist. I take one tablet in AM and one in PM, but you could use less, depending upon your personal medical condition(s). The pills are so much more convenient than the powder you need to mix with water!
