why only four stars? just preference, the product is very good, but I change the gaskets because I do not like that type. The ones included are perfectly functional. It is never as thick as they made it in the old days. Remember this price and go find one if you ever need to do oddball drains such as for a wall hung sink with a European p-trap

At first glance this looks quality, but the nut threads do not match the body, quite loose, so they will not tighten evenly and possibly even slip past and come loose causing leakage.

To add more stability to the pipe connection, the product should be several inches longer.

Use the thicker chrome brass replacements, not chrome steel. My 6 year old thin chrome steel trap was my plumber's choice for extra profit. He charged me for the thicker chrome-brass. (It looks the same) It rusted in 6 years. This time I replaced it myself with thicker chrome-brass. He had used lots plumber's goop but it still leaked. The chrome-steel had rusted through.

This fits lose and elbow is big too big for the pipes

Nice chrome finish, better and sturdier that plastice

I would have liked more flexible seals, it took some force to get a leak free seal
