Adjustable Mandoline Slicer
This is a great mandoline slicer. It comes with four attachments and is of good quality material. It is very easy to use and can make preparing for a party a cinch. Since I have received it, I have sliced cucumbers, potatoes, lemons and onions. It is also an awesome cheese grater and you could easily make yummy hash brown potatoes with it. It is easy to change the thickness of the dial which is nice. Definitely a quality slicer.

GREAT ITEM
This item is wonderful to use!! It took 3/4 of my time away and super sharp. PLEASE use the handle to hold the food otherwise you will take off a nail or two or even the tip of a finger (Yup, I did it thru my own stupidity). The handle is hard to use so if that could be figured out better it would be a perfect item. Again it is already great but a different holder would make it even better. Slicing cucumbers, you cannot use this holder... ALSO, the owner/seller of this company is awesome! They write to make sure everything is okay and also to help you if need be.
