first page was crinkled and looked a tad like it was suppose to have been part of the backing and had come loose, upon further review it was just the first page that was disheveled. the rest was my error in not thoroughly ready the description as I got this for my son to work on his handwriting during the summer. I did not realize it was unlined.

While I will still use it, this is not the book I bought, as you can see. I bought this specifically because it had a lock, but this book looks nothing like it and - lo and behold - there's not a lock in sight. Only a flimsy string closing the flimsy cover Looks like I won't be buying from the seller again, and will have to fashion a small padlock onto it myself.

Does not include padlock. Just a tie string. Picture displayed and title description are inaccurate. I want a full refund. The lock was the reason I purchased.

These little booklets look antique & invite anyone who enjoys writing to take up calligraphy. I can't wait to start! I'm just wondering how it will hold up because the pages don't look like they're real securely bound. Hopefully, they last!

Bought two of these, one for me and one for my daughter. They are used as our gratitude daily journals. So unique with the paper and beautiful leather...

It was cute but it did not come with a lock or look like this. It cost more to send it back so I kept it.

looks very hand made. very nice and bigger than I thought.

I encourage any of my fellow writers to ALWAYS read the descriptions of these items. I made that mistake and just like many others above me, this item did not come with the lock we all wanted. We should all be refunded for this bullshit
