Please Read: So I tested both, the Gel and the whitening stripes. Gel: it’s honestly not good. No results, not easy to use and very bad taste. I don’t recommend it. Stripes: I definitely recommend the stripes! After first use, there is already a visible difference. I saw that some people said something about “10 min”- That ONLY Applies to the Gel!!! Not the stripes! You have to use the stripes as written on the Box which is: apply and leave for 30 MINUTES- then keep them on for another 10 MINUTES together with the light in your mouth.
