Chocolate Mint Cleanse

Basically this tea is delicious. I wish they made REGULAR tea taste this good. This tea helps you poop! The end. JK. First off if you’ve never detoxed. A detox is based on what you’re trying to clean out (intestines, specific organs, ect.) and you should do your healthy “help yourself” of reading up on the subject (“GOOGLE IT”). It’s usually some herb based natural thing. That will stink, and reek later right? Well thats what I’ve know and thought for most of my life and I’m surrounded with family members who have degrees and have studied herbology for years and years (blah, blah, blah). So basically everyone is different. So FOR ME this is what this tea did. Trial 1: Steeped tea for 14 minutes (Its tea, for real. No way its potent enough to make a difference.) 1x a week. Outcome: Spent 2 days in my house “cleansing”. NO I didn’t poop my pants, and yes I ate a Banana and Oatmeal during those 2 days. Trial 2: Steeped (this strong sh**) for 6 minutes exactly. 1x a week. Outcome: Spent 2 days normally, went to work, ect. Pooped slightly more often. NO diarrhea. Feeling a little healthier (and lighter). Trial 3: Steeped tea (again) for 6 mins exact. 1x a week. Outcome: Started this weighing 191.6lbs, I now weigh 181lbs. Had 1 migraine this week which is significantly less than what i typically have. And hey I lost 10lbs. No working out or crazy stuff. Just this tea (on purpose). Conclusively I know EVERYONE is DIFFERENT (not special, lol) but I definitely had a positive experience and will be waiting (for payday) or when I run out to purchase more. Also looking to purchase the energy or energize tea as well. I have a very sensitive stomach and digestive system. I also have food allergies, and a number of other allergies (everything is trying to kill me). But basically this tea worked for me. So if taken the right way and adjusted to each person you likely will get some positive results. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT so YOU have to find what works for YOU! Good Luck!

I don't normally share these details, but holy cow! The very first night I drank this tea after dinner, I noticed the yummy chocolate flavor (think of those little envelopes of hot chocolate, about 50% diluted). I used about a teaspoon of honey to sweeten a little. I couldn't help but wonder if this product would function as described, by the morning I felt a strange sensation in my lower belly. Not a bad sensation, just not what I normally feel first thing, a grumbling kind. I move about my day and by about lunch time it hits me, this incredible urge to 'go'.. again not terrible, but much stronger than usual, no urgency, just insistent. When I went, I really went. Out of curiosity I weighed myself before and after, and I kid you not I lost 4 pounds. I wasn't sure the tea would do anything for me, it DID. I had appointments the next day so I skipped tea that night, couldn't have that happening pushing my MIL's wheelchair! That night I had the tea again that night and the next day, same results, and same weight! To call this a cleanse seems to be very fitting, I was definitely getting cleaned out! I'm sure over time this will help regulate my system (I tend to be sporadic in my bathroom usage, as far as BM's) as well as giving my guts a fresh start. I wasn't expecting weight loss, but 4lbs after the first cup, it's a true possibility! As the cleans moves forward I expect the weight loss to slow down, with less to move and all, but I'm very pleasantly surprised. I'll probably wait a couple of months before replenishing, I'm sure it's not healthy to do this constantly, but I will finish this and I will purchase again!

It does exactly as it claims and I had no bad side effects, but I would not rely on it as a long term solution for weight loss. Maybe as an occasion solution when you possibly went off track with your weight loss goals and want to minimize the damage (as in fix that bloated I ate too much feeling, but need to look less puffy tomorrow). Don’t think you can treat your diet horribly and have this solve all your problems. With it being so reliable, it makes me nervous it may mess up my system when I stop, but we’ll see. Overall, the cost is a killer, which will definitely prevent me from repurchasing. Was happy to give it a shot out of curiousity though. There are much more affordable detox teas which are just as effective (if you really need a detox in the first place) and as an even better long term fix, simply eating better and drinking lots of water is even better. Taste was fine, but if you aren’t already a tea drinker, don’t expect it to taste like drinking a dessert or something.

I am an avid tea drinker. I am constantly trying different teas. Finding this brand was the best thing that happened. A tea that also will detox my system. I am always trying to do cleanses and detoxes but those juices can be unbearable. It is so nice coming home and just making myself a cup of tea as I usually do. Also, it taste GREAT. I am drinking tea and at the same time talking care of my body and detoxing all the toxins. As shown on the back of the package this tea contains all natural herbs and leaves. Hey girl has made it so easy, it's not a hassle to add into your everyday routine. This tea even came with tea bags which made it extra easy to make after a long day. I have been using the Hey Girl Cleanse Tea for a while and have notice a difference in my body and the less bloating I have now. I was excited to try out this other flavor. As the package recommends, I drink a cup every night before bed and it is amazing how it has changed the way I wake up in the mornings. I feel refreshed and less tired. Normally, when you hear "cleanse" you instantly think about having to use the bathroom a lot but this tea did not do that to me at all. I love that the package comes in a small resealable bag so it is easy to take for travel. I also appreciate that the company has clearly labeled all the included ingredients on the bag so I know exactly what is going into my body. I was so pleased with this tea and cannot wait to order the other elements of their brand. I highly recommend this product!!

I just received this and oh my goodness it's lovely! Not overpowering. It's subtle, but there's flavour. Absolutely no complaints! Side note, I would like to say that this company is one in a million! Great customer service, very friendly! I will continue to order from them! If you're on the fence, order from them! Taste minty refreshing. So far I had it twice. The first time I had a cup around 10pm. The next day around 11am or so I had to use the washroom. It wasn't crazy but the tea definitely cleaned me out! The 2nd time I had it, it wasn't as effective but still helped me along. It will clean you out and take away the bloat. I will make it part of my Sunday evening. A good cleanse to start the week! I was down about 2lbs but don't really have much weight to lose:)

Doesn’t do anything use it for four nights straight at 12 minutes of steep and zero results I could’ve saved myself a lot of money and just bought regular tea
