Bought this product for my peripheral neuropathy which I have very badly, and my aching and pain and numbness has been greatly reduced and I still have 20 tablets left, it is also helping my brain in some way as well, so double bonus. Allithiamine (fat-soluble form vitamin B1) was recommended to me for muscle pain and tightness at night. I was very skeptical, since I already take very high quality supplements, multi-vitamins, and B-Complex daily, but took the chance on this because it is priced right. I did not think that I would notice a difference, but over the past 3 weeks that I have been using it, my muscle pain and tightness has almost completely gone away. At first I thought it was because I was occasionally doing my stretches and exercises, but after a week of slacking off on those, I am still free of the pain and tightness that has been waking me up in the middle of the night for over 4 months.

I bought Allothiamine because Lipothiamine by the same manufacturer was out of stock. Surprisingly, I found that this version of fat-soluble vitamin B1 didn't work for me as well as Lipothiamine, which I find puzzling. That's why i gave ot 4 stars. Other than that, I had no problems when using it and received the product quickly. I will go back to Lipothiamine, though. I took Lipothimine to help with CFS and gut issues. I was surprised to find that my nails stopped splitting, and the cuticles became soft and smooth. I had a problem with splitting cuticles and rough splitting nails. Within a month of taking Lipothiamin, the problem was gone. That was a surprising extra benefit. Not so with Allothimine. I was taking 2 a day.
