Premium finish
I used it for my water tank platform.After using fixit 302 super latex layer finish, I use this roof seal classic. Which is giving me a nice finish more like a silicon plastic like sealing in the end. Mixing ratio and application instructions need to follow for a proper result. First coat 1:1 ratio with water. Leave it for over night or min 5 hour. Then apply each coat twice after 4 hour interval. It is a nice product but for 1 litre you can only cover up to max 20-25 sq.ft area, For Max, 2 coats. It's worth the finishing look.

Good for waterproofing not for heat reduction
It worked quite well for waterproofing, now i dont have any leakages. BUT i did not get any benefits of the "heat reflective" capability, frankly it did NOTHING to reduce the heat indoors despite painting it exactly how the directions said.So, good for waterproofing not for heat reduction.
