Ad Tec11 inch Harness mens Motorcycle Boot

I wear size 14 wide size. I had no problem wearing similar boots for many years. I was going to order 1/2 size bigger boots, because of the square shape. Unfortunately there was no such an option. These boots felt very tight, like they would be a regular size14, not wide as labeled. Made not in California, as the detailed description said, but in China. The black leather dye will discolor your bright socks and your hands when handling the boots. The leather joint stitched together at the ankle height caused skin abrasion and wounds. Wearing thicker socks was not possible, because of a boot narrow design. Adding some self adhesive leather patch over the rough areas may help to solve this problem. The top buckle was not adjustable and when I flipped the harness over the boot shaft, I noticed more comfort and flexibility to my upper feet. I may remove it in the future. It serves no other purpose, rather than a visual effect. To my opinion, the harness top part should be always adjustable. It may stretch over time. You do not want to put too much stress on your feet during breaking in period, or get skin injury and blisters. It will take time to heal and you will not be able to enjoy these boots. They look very stylish and deserve more positive feedback. As described, walking on a slippery surface, packed snow etc, they will not slip on you. Safety is an excellent feature, but I would rather choose comfort over this feature.

The jury is still out on these boots. I like them but my girlfriend finds that they look a little too big at the top (where you put your foot into the shoe). If you wear your jeans over the boot, I think they rock. However, that means you're using a boot cut or regular jean. If you decide to wear a skinny jean, you may find you look a little odd.As for the material and workmanship, it's spot on. The boots are a great deal for the price.

I wear a normal width US 9.5 and ordered this size and the fit perfect. A bit shorter in height than the Bates boots I used to have. The only complaint I have is the boots are not lined, the inside if the leather is rough, making it hard to remove the boots with stripping the socks off of your feet.

Recently got them, no current issues. I ordered my size and it came in a perfect fit. Nothing was tight, it was very sturdy and was a pretty good quality leather, also some height for anyone interested in that. Overall i would order from this company again. 10/10 Would Recommend
