Q: Can the batteries be changed? if so, how do i do it? no instructions came with this. also, it was not boxed.

Yes, on the bottom of the handle there is a small screw. I cannot remember what size batteries exactly but I believe it was AAA. They were gifts for our great niece and nephews who live out of state but we checked the batteries before they left to go home.

Q: How large is this toy gun?

I don't know the exact size, but I would say 7 to 8 inches. It fits my grandsons who are 6 and 4 and is fine for my and my husband 's hands.

Q: The lights are stuck on, even when it is not being pressed. How do I fix this? I already tried taking the batteries out and it didn’t help.
