Hard to close the lid
It’s hard to put the lid in mug

The unit is good quality. However, the cap is problematic
I was looking for a ceramic travel mug to drink tea. Stainless steel tumbler is horrible for drinking hot tea and regular mug doesn't fit cup holder. This travel mug fits well and hot tea tasted okay using the mug. The mug can be very hot, sleeve comes with the package can overcome it. The problem is the silicon seal on the cap. With hot Tea, the silicone taste ruins it. Without it, tea tastes great. without the seal, the cap becomes too loose. May return it for a glass one with a different cap design.
