Well told story
Enjoyed the characters. Bad guys were BAD (not all of them).Some scenes were a bit gruesome, but well described.I look forward to reading more from Patrick Quinlan.

Interesting read
Smoke is a good/bad guy with an interesting mind. Lola and Tammy are tougher than they should be and there are those that want out. Looking forward to the next book.

Great story, great characters
The story was entertaining and the author made the characters people I could care about. I would love this in a longer book with even more twists and turns. I guess that's why there's a second book.
