First off, I chose this model specifically because it is wired. I have seen coworkers use wireless models that had unacceptable latency issues and I did not want to deal with charging or pairing. It connects right away to your phone or your laptop with USB C and includes an adapter to USB A. The control buttons are a nice touch.I use this with my laptop in a conference rooms at work with 5-10 people present in the room and several more on call and it works flawlessly. The multiple microphones ensure that everybody can be heard. I use it with my phone at home whenever I need to pull other family members into a call or host a zoom meeting. The phone audio quality is great. Very clear.

Tt has exceeded my expectations! The setup was effortless with its plug-and-play functionality, and the sleek design looks great in my home office. The sound quality is outstanding, with clear audio and effective noise cancellation, making my conference calls much more productive. The touch-sensitive controls are intuitive and responsive, adding to the overall convenience. This speaker has truly enhanced my virtual meeting experience. Clear audio quality from the speaker and no complaints from others on being able to hear me. Low profile can be tucked away when not in use. Has worked great across multiple meeting platforms.

I own quite a few Anker products ranging from their battery packs, to Bluetooth speakers, to now this. Typically Anker produces what I consider "mid-range" products. They're not top tier, they're not low quality, they're right smack in the middle but the price aligns. I feel as if they are starting to fall short here with their new products.Several Issues:-Cord Length: Too short. Basically needs to be next to your PC unless you get an extension, and given this is a "conference room mic", it should understand that most of the times these sit on the middle of the table with the PC nowhere close. Even for home use its too short.-Sound: It's alright for communication, but I also use this as a speaker for my second laptop, and it is not nearly loud enough.-Buttons: No clicks, no feedback, just tap and wait for it to blink and switch. You think there is a delay, but there might not be, so you keep tapping it, and now you've turned the volume too high or too low. These type of buttons suck on any type of product. Either add buttons, or vibration feedback, etc..This really should be a 3/5 but as I do like Anker I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt to improve. Still returning though, not loud enough.

This is a great microphone/speaker for a home office. I recently changed my home office set up to have my laptop closed while using monitors, but that causes my computers microphone and speakers to be blocked and muffled. I don’t like using headphones unless I have too, and this speaker/microphone was the perfect solution. I have long used anker products, and have come to expect reliable, stylish, and functional products. This anker product does not disappoint. The speaker gets more than loud enough, and the sound quality is clear. Everyone at work I have asked said my microphone quality is crystal clear on this while using this product. My work computer has a lot of security on it so I assumed I would have to mess around with a ton of setting for this to work, but was pleasantly surprised to find it worked immediately and automatically switched my microphone input and audio output to the anker speaker/microphone. It also works seamlessly with Microsoft teams, and the mute and volume buttons on the speaker trigger the teams microphone/volume functions, which is amazing. I also like the corded connection, as there is no need to worry about battery life. The speaker is also compact, which is great for travel. 10/10

I have no complaints. I bought this after reading several reviews and comparing it with a few other products to use while working from home. I connected it via USB and use it primarily for Microsoft Teams meetings. It works perfectly—no issues at all. It was plug-and-play and started working immediately after I connected it. Would recommend. 👍

The speaker quality is clear and loud, and the built-in buttons work well right out of the box — no need to reprogram anything. However, the mic sounds muffled and doesn’t cancel background noise as expected. If mic clarity is important for your work setup, this may not be the best choice.Be advised that you will need the software to make enhancements, if your job allows you to do that then this would be a good fit. If not, then look elsewhere

The microphone/speaker on my work laptop died, so I was stuck trying to find one that was good. Lo and behold a coworker of mine had the same thing happen to her, and she told me about this Anker microphone/speaker and how she loved it. I have to agree! It's super easy to install and use, and I haven't had anything but positive experiences with it. I use it multiple times a day, and not only are those that I'm listening to crystal clear, but they can hear me crystal clear as well. I have recommended this external speaker/microphone to everyone who has experienced an issue w/ the one in work laptop biting the dust.
