I've been caring for a feral cat that arrived in my backyard about 2 years ago. Last winter was a scramble to put together a shelter for him in this Michigan cold. We stuffed an old chicken tractor with straw and hoped for the best. He did ok but the cheap wood is falling apart and I spent all spring and summer searching for a durable weather proof solution with enough space - nice looking would be a bonus. This is it! It is extremely well made and easy to assemble. It is large enough for him to be comfortable but not huge and clunky. The house is nice looking - my neighbor even commented on how cute it is. The three doors should ensure kitty never feels trapped. The materials are clearly high quality and look very easy to clean when necessary. I don't know yet if kitty will use this, as the weather is still beautiful. The product is amazing though and if this doesn't work out it will not be because of this excellent kitty house!

I love this cat townhouse. I got it for some community cats that come to my house to eat and wanted them to have protection from the rain. I would have given this 5 stars but one panel came cracked. It’s too much to take apart and return so I’ll be keeping it regardless.

This little condo is amazing! I have four feral (not so feral anymore) kittens in my garage. I got this for warmth this winter, it will remain in the garage but I blasted it with a hose and it it stayed dry inside. I will put a heating pad in the bottom, the top floor has a cut out for easy access to first floor so will not accommodate a pad. My hope is that the heat will rise to top level. It will be cozy, wish it was a tad bigger but I think it will do. Super easy to put together, all parts fit snug no rough edges and easy to clean. I chose not to screw roof on which fits in place and is sturdy. Doing so lets me clean it much easier. You can’t go wrong with this condo!

i know it's hard to keep all the rain out while having it open freely for them to come and go as cats, so some rain is getting it. i insulated it cover with tarp when it rains i got the smaller version last year this material doesn't allow moisture in (except blowing rain) if you have this in a garage or covered area it would be perfect
