Perfect for what I needed. Just using the blade so far.

I purchased this item because it looked so good, it’s for a summer house in Italy, so I then drove it 1000 miles to get here, life is busy and I have no time to set it all up before and now I’ve got here there is a crack in the fuel tank so it is leaking faster than it’s actually using fuel. The guard protecting the cutter is So loose it’s actually dangerous itself and there is no way of tightening it as the bolts are spinning around. I’ve tried to find out how I can contact the supplier and surprise surprise it’s impossible on here. I’ve just been ripped off over 100 quid on a piece of rubbish and I’m now going to have to go out and get one from a more reliable source. Whatever you do, do not buy from this place or this product, as I can see, I am not the only one. I do not understand how Amazon can sell things without being able to contact the seller. I will not make this mistake again rubbish

Absolute rubbish could not get the blade’s to spin tried for a whole day to try and get it to work but waste of time looks like something missing on the shaft rod. Could not work out the instructions no address or phone number came with it. Brand new never used ended up in the dustbin hundred plus pounds down the drain. Went to our local hardware shop and bought a new branded named one that actually works

Within 30 minutes of starting to use this, the strimmer spool had cracked, and the safety guard was shattered - see photos. The safety guard is very flimsy, and isn’t firmly attached, and so would offer little protection against a flying stone, and none were the cutting blade to shatter. I HAVE RETURNED IT. DO NOT BUY

Have been looking for a higher powered strimmer for a while and saw this one at a great price.So I decided to take a gamble and get it. So far it has been excellent with one small exception.I use this machine for my work so it gets a fair old workout and after only about its 5th usage I refilled it with fuel and it would not start.After a lot of checking and fiddling we found a loose connection on the starter switch and a dud spark plug.Two very small issues with almost zero cost to the makers so a shame that this was an issue. The issued spark plug it comes with is the cheapest possible and after replacement it now works like a dream. The started connection has also been tightened up with a pair of pliers !!!Easy fix but not good from the suppliers / makers. Get this sorted and you are onto something.

The media could not be loaded.  Wouldnt start with choke on for 40 mins and petrol mixed correctly. When started with coke on wouldnt stay on . Never had to start something so many times. Now pull cord broken. Fuel leaks out as cap does not fasten properly. My whole leg covered in fuel. Worst buy of year and not cheap either
