Failed very soon but fixed itself in about 2 days.
Great battery while it lasted. Received it 01-26-2024 Installed in my riding mower about a week later in the beginning of February. Don't mow much in Winter, used the mower once in March, sat in my garage until Mid April, Decided it was time to use the mower in April. Worked great until today, June 9 2024 Started the mower in AM, Went to lunch returned an hour later. DEAD. Had to put in the old Mighty Max battery. Which by the way I used it for 3 years. For the amount this thing cost I could have bought 3 batteries for the mower. Note: these batteries are strange just before I was ready to drop it in the trash, I decided to check the voltage. It had regained all of its former power. There must be a system built into the battery to shut it down completely if overloaded. The battery is now working properly now I am really a fan of the original batteries and will buy this type of device again.

Powerful, lightweight and totally worth it!
The NOCO Lithium NLP9 has been an awesome upgrade for my powersport vehicle. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly lightweight it is compared to a traditional battery—yet it delivers outstanding power. The 400A start power is no joke; my engine fires up instantly every time. The built-in Intelligent BMS gives me real confidence, protecting against overcharging and keeping the battery running safely and efficiently. I also love that it’s UL certified, which adds an extra layer of trust in the quality and safety. Installation was super easy, and the compact Group 9 size fit perfectly. Despite being small and light, it packs serious performance and holds a charge impressively well. If you want a reliable, long-lasting lithium battery with excellent starting power, the NLP9 is absolutely worth it. NOCO nailed it with this one!

Can not recommend only .6ahr SOC rated at 3ahrs
I have built three large capacity LifeP04 280 ahr for my RV. I found when you receive the 3.2V cells from China, should always run a capacity or load test to see if they match what the manufacturer stated amp hour (ahrs). The NOCO NLP9 battery stated it has a 3ahr rating. I charged the battery with a 4 amp LifeP04 auto charger, until it showed 100% state of charge (SOC), allowed it to set for a few hours, voltage settled around 3.65V. I set the capacity tester to pull 1amp and set it to cut off at 10V (2.5v/cell). The results showed only .6ahrs out of stated 3ahrs (see 1st photo). Recharged the battery as above, second test load of 1amp and set the cut off to zero (allow the BMS in the battery to shut down the test). After running the test again only .6ahrs and a voltage of 8.43V. ( see 2ed photo. ). Tried to recharge the battery to test a 3rd time, could not get the battery to except a charge. Called NOCO support, was told the BMS cuts off at 8V or 2V/cell, and said it should recharge via of a charger.(BMS may have failed?). Support said they did not recommend doing a capacity test on their batteries! Duh! if I had not done the capacity test I would have installed a faulty battery in my bike.(note it does have a 5 year warranty) I returned the battery to Amazon with a note stating it faulty and should not be resold. I bought another LifeP04 battery off Amazon stating it was 6ahrs (double the capacity)and was $10.00 less than the Noco 3ahr battery. Tested that battery same ways as Noco test came it right at 6ahrs. I can not recommend buying NOCO batteries but if you do better run a capacity test so your not getting ripped off. Oh the battery is way over packaged from company like three boxes, not environmental friendly for sure.

Nice battery Keep in mind of the capacity
PROS, strong battery, super light weight compact size, good battery chemistry choice. Safe. It’s really strong I feel like it definitely has the stated CCA, cold cranking amps. The battery is way smaller and lighter than a comparable lead acid old fashion chemistry with the same CCA. The chemistry is lifepo4 if you don’t know, that is one of the longest lasting battery chemistry in terms of cycle and shelf life. Based on the battery chemistry it should last more than 10 years. Safe no acid. CONS, pricey, low capacity, bms complexity. The disadvantage is the capacity and cost. If you were to buy a comparable lead acid it would cost 1/2 as much and have 2-3 times the capacity. Normally you are fine if you don’t run your vehicle with accessories on only. Bms complexity, what if the bms goes bad and the battery is fine. No way to fix it yourself but in theory it should be fine if the battery is topped off and not neglected or abused by overcurrent for an extend amount of time. Definitely a great battery would recommend, in my opinion it should last definitely 3 times as long as a lead acid battery.

Works well for zero turn.
I purchased the NLP5 and the NLP9 to test out in my Cub cadet ZT1 54" zero turn mower with 7000 series Kohler 24hp 725cc. The stock battery that came with the Cub cadet I think had around 230 cold cranking amps. So I thought I would give the NLP 5 a try with 250 amps. The NLP 5 did just "okay" starting the engine. It seemed to struggle to initially get it turning and the RPMs seemed a little low when cranking. However, it did start the engine time after time but lost a few volts after a few starts. The NLP 9 works much better for this engine, which you can tell in the attached video. The RPMs while cranking are significantly higher than the stock battery and the NLP. The voltage doesn't drop after a few starts. The NLP 9 seems to be the right battery for this engine!

Cub Cadet XT2 - works well
This battery works well with my Cub Cadet XT2. Battery is much smaller than the stock one - had to find a way to secure it properly. After doing some reading and learning these batteries cannot get too low on volts - I also purchased the basic NOCO battery tender. I would recommend anyone purchasing this battery also gets the tender for Lith-ion batteries. I am a little annoyed about this but should have done my research first.

Huge battery upgrade
Absolutely incredible upgrade. I installed this in my 97 CBR 600 F3. Starts with authority. Now I never see any voltage drain from the radiator fans make the lights dim. Legitimately, the best upgrade for the same money.I could ever do anyone who's thinking about it , just do it

Using it to replace stock AGM battery on BMW G3310R . It starts instantaneously even on a cold day. Battery retains charge for a long time it says but will find out . Using NOCO genius 5 to charge it as well. No looking back to heavier AGM battery. It is competetively priced with OEM battery . Very happy with the purchase.

Very powerful with a remarkable battery life. I have left it in my bike (which has an alarm) for several months and it started the bike first time. Extremely light and easy to fit. I had a Shido before but it was a few millimetres above normal size and would get stuck. This is the best upgrade you can give your bike.
