It’s not the easiest to take off, as well as to put on. It shouldn’t be made of a lightweight plastic!

Q: I have the ros65vc but it has the central bolt for the pad -- any ideas why the tightened bolt comes loose instantly upon starting sander?

The concern with the bolt of the sanding pad of your ROS65VC is not common. There is usually a thread lock compound on the threads of the bolt. "The GEX33-6N Sander can be attached to a vacuum. You just need to remove the canister. You may use the following adapter and hoses. Vacuum Hose Adapters RS006 - Required for all vacuum cleaner hoses (VAC002 or VAC024 are also required for 1-1/4"" and 1-1/2"" hoses) Anti-Static Vacuum Hoses VH1622A and VH1635A (by means of anti-static adapter included with those hoses), VAC008, and most other 22 mm and 35 mm anti-static hoses Other Vacuum Hoses VH1022, VH1035 and VH1635 (by means of VX120 adapter included with those hoses), VAC005 and VAC006 hoses, and most other 22 mm and 35 mm hoses For further assistance, contact us at 1-877-BOSCH99 (1-877-267-2499) from Mon-Fri 7A-7P CST."
