Good product. Only used for a month so far. Need to figure out how to get options on routes. It tryst to keep us on MAJOR roads with sometimes adds hours and many miles to travels. We are only in a small 19' Class B van and we have entered the size into the gps. Otherwise I am loving the options that I have figured out.

Would have been better if it would have come with directions. But it does work and looks like new

Wrong adapter.

I bought this RV785 because of the larger screen to replace my Garmin 465T. Screen is awesome. Features are, too. I updated the map and firmware to the 2023 "latest & greatest". Map update and firmware update was a waste of time. For example, US 17 outside of New Bern, NC is a 4 lane and has been extended for 5+ years. The map had me driving in the middle of the woods, no road. Also the list of RV parks is not up to date. For example, Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in Four Oaks, NC has been around for 7+ years. The RV park data in the RV785 still shows it as being Smithfield KOA which was closed after a tornado over 10 years ago. And there are many other RV parks not listed or listed improperly. Don't waste your money on this RV GPS.
