Shampoo - did not feel like it cleaned my hair, felt a film afterwards. Conditioner - a ok, nothing special. S&C did not give any volume and made my virgin hair dull. Normally after another brand S&C it is shiny and silky. Balm is the worst. Put some in and left to air dry. Hair looked dirty, greasy and limp, did nothing to give it any texture. Used this brand about 10 yrs ago and will probably never give it a chance again. Poor results for the price.
