The media could not be loaded.  The chain is NOT sterling silver. The Amazon listing states “our Gold-Bonded Link Chains are pure 925 Sterling Silver coated 3x in the same real 14k gold as our Solid 14k Gold jewelry.” I became suspicious when I did not see any markings (ie 925). It is magnetic (see video) and likely stainless steel. Even the GLD Shop website does not mention that the chain is sterling silver, but the Amazon listing does. I contacted customer support and they informed me that the gold plated line is stainless steel, only their vermeil line is silver base plated in gold. This is not the vermeil line. Looks nice. Good finish. Cheap clasp. Really pretty and entirely NOT worth the price. 1 star for the deceptive listing description. Wasted money.

I ordered the The GLD Shop 6MM Miami Cuban Chain Necklace for me. It arrived when I wasn't home. The husband opened the package and there went my necklace. It's his now! I'm not angry. He had to buy me a necklace of the same price or higher.Now that I see the necklace on his neck, I'm glad he is now wearing it. He stacks with an 18 inch chain from The GLD shop. The effect is really sexy! It's a unisex chain, but I think it looks really good on a man.Excellent quality and one he can wear daily with zero skin irritation issues. He says the links feel comfy against his neck.Something to keep in mind- if you aren't sure about necklace sizes, google a size guide for your body type. The necklace will fall differently on a thinner person than a thicker one. This will also help you decide which sizes to get for the stacked look you desire. So make sure you view a size guide for your body shape. Hope that helps. Enjoy your chain! I'm enjoying seeing it on my man!

I got this beautiful chain necklace for my husband and he loves it. It came in a nice gift box and leather pouch to keep safe. The chain is lightweight and feels great on, you actually forget your wearing it. The clasp is awesome and makes it harder to get off, which is helpful to make sure it doesn't come off while wearing it. This necklace can be worn with anything dressy or casual. My husband wears it everyday since getting it. It has a gorgeous shine and is very well made. I got the 20 inch chain and it fits him perfectly. Definitely check the sizes because I know the 16 inch would have been way too short.(almost like a choker)Overall very satisfied with this necklace and would highly recommend for yourself or as a nice gift for a loved one. You won't be disappointed!!!

It’s not to heavy and the links to pinch hairs or skin. The clasp is strong and secure. For me this is a great style and fit. Very pleased with the quality and looks. Very giftable with a nice box and bag. Pure silver coated in white gold!Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

If I had to guess, I would think this chain is silver, but according to the description it is white gold plated. The nice thing about this chain is if the gold starts to wear off, it won't be noticeable since it is silver underneath.The picture is of the 20 inch chain. It has a nice shine to it that doesn't really translate in the picture.This is a good chain for the price.
