This is my second one in 5 years! my last one went through an enormous amount of wear and tear before I broke it by stepping on it. I would definitely recommend it.

I have tried many of these and this is the best by far of these types of devices. I had my last one for four years until I broke the end off—device was still working—. I tried others in between but came back to this one. I mostly use the alarm to wake up, but for the money, it is by far the best.

Bought in March, worked great, but by December couldn’t be charged. If two people in the same household have them the app gets confused. Periodically, even when I’m not near the second one, my phone repeatedly beeps asking if I want to connect to the watch. The only way to stop it is to turn off Bluetooth for a few days

Concerning our latest conversation regarding replacement of this fitbit there is no problem with the fitbit!!!!! We replaced the band recently because the catch on the end came off. I gave the replacement band to my wife and told her to only change the catch end. She replaced both but in doing so she switched ends therefore it could not be charged. When I found this I was elated and my wife could not understand how she ended up switching ends. I told her it was simple you took both ends off of the fit bit and proceeded to just attach them assuming they were the same.I apologize for all the misunderstanding & wasted communication but I do appreciate your patience and offering to replace the fitbit.Thanks for all your help in this lets call it an adventure,

I had some trouble getting this watch started, syncing up to Bluetooth. With the help of Amazon and the seller, (Seven Petals), we were able to get that working. I love the color icons on the tracker. I also love the upgraded way I can track my walking. The one problem I am left with, is the sleep tracker and no gps. My old VeryFitPro watch tracked my sleep as well. This new one claims to track my sleep, but it hasn’t so far, I’ve been wearing it for 4 days so far. The rest of the functions seem to work well. The battery life is better than the old one. I would have to charge my old one every 3 days, this one is on day 4 and I still have more than half the battery life left! So, for the most part, I love this new tracker, but disappointed that it won’t track my sleep.

I love this product I purchased three of them battery life is excellent it charges very very quickly I always know exactly how many calories I burn steps I've taken this product is a great value for the money

The sleep app isn’t working very well. It occasionally leaves out the first few hours of sleep entirely. Not consistent and not certain how to correct the problem. Activity and heart rate seem to be great. Actually don’t know if it’s the watch or the app.

Battery runs out fast does not last much. Stop working after six month. Disapointed

I found it hard to see in daylight

Does not deliver on description. App is horrible to use, functions don't work. Never would buy again.
