Super obnoxious, which is the point
I bought these when my son learned to crawl. My other three children constantly left doors open, including the door to our basement. This alarm is super easy to install, inconspicuous, and OBNOXIOUS. My children quickly learned to close the doors. Took less than a day. Now we don't even need to turn the alarm on. I still do when they have friends over to play with just a quick switch. I also love that they can be installed in different configurations for different doors, IE sliders vs traditional doors (see pics). These are life savers!

Poor quality
Cannot remove the back to put in batteries. Once on door you will never get it re-opened and have to buy new double sided tape to reinstall IF you get the back off. Aloa no instructions included. Very cheap plastic.

Stickers are on the wrong side for mounting, but they work. Better than my kids like.

One of them works great. The alarm on the other is so faint I can hardly hear it. Oh, well.
