We finally put together the shelves in a box that we were previously using as a gate. We wanted something to block the staircase that didn’t require screws or command hooks. This stands unattached and keeps our elderly dog from trying to climb the stairs.

Use this gate to block living room from our new dog. Heavier, sturdier than expected & looks nice. panel folds back for easy access to room. Very happy with this purchase.

I love these! I bought 2 of them to keep the dog out of the kitchen while I am cooking. They don’t have to attach, they just fold out to block the entry. They are great because they quickly fold back up and can be stored behind trash can. You don’t have to climb over them, just bend one side and walk through.

Esta baranda de madera es un poco delicada. Mis perros Yorkshire terrier siendo diminutos lograron masticarsela y también son capaces de derribarla cuando llega alguien a la casa. Recomendaría colocar un sistema de detención para que la baranda no pueda moverse. Diría que hay que atornillarla a la pared.

The gate is nice and well made but the dog can move it pretty easily. Some kind of hinge lock would help since the very nature of the hinges also makes it unstable. Generally works well for old dogs but a puppy could move it in a second!

I wasn't sure what to expect as the last couple days we've purchased like this have had pretty shoddy hinges and poor craftsmanship so they didn't last long. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this product! It seems sturdy and great for blocking off a hallway or a doorway. We purchased it to block off our hallway and so far so good. The wood is actually in good condition and the hinges seem well made. It folds up easily and stores easily. As long as you check the dimensions you shouldn't be surprised. Overall four stars. Think I would give it five stars if it had a little bit better finish

This is a really nice real wood gate. It’s perfect for my cocker spaniel. It may not work for taller dogs.

Perfect to keep the pups out of the main room. LIghtweight and looks great!
