It serves the purpose I got it for. The only thing that took awhile for me to figure out is how to put back the weights after I have removed them. I used a thin card like in the picture above to push the weights back on to the velcro strap.

quality and product details
They don't show an image of the Velcro, which is poor quality. One assumes these are high-quality elasticated weights; they are not. Poor quality! And they don't have a return policy, only exchange !!!!
