Q: Should i choose this ruffle neck sweater based on the size, is this true size?

If you want it to fit like the model (oversized), you need to order at least 2 sizes up. I went one sizeuo and it looks nothing like the fit in the model. I could not have comfortably worn my regular size.

Yes, it can be machine washed and dried. I took it out of dryer while still damp. Came out beautifully.

I don't buy yellow items usually. They are not in my color wheel.

Q: Is this sweater true to size or does it run big/small?

I would say it runs a little big. The sleeves are on the long side. I ordered a small and it fits me with a slightly oversized look.
