Stopped holding a charge
Stopped holding a charge after a monlth just buzzes and spazzes out now it says it can't return it older one much better no issues had it for over four years

Broke after one month
I owned the original Clarisonic since 2012. That’s around 11 years. That one still works!This one broke in one month! Stopped charging the second time I tried to charge it, and even before that, the vibrations were off and on, and weren’t working right even before the charger stopped working.Such a bummer! Please go back to using your old factory where you made things in 2011!!!

Doesn’t last.
I love the Clarisonic device. I’ve owned three of them. The first one lasted me six years.However, the latter two stopped working in less than a year. I’ve had this one for nine months and it died. I know that Philips, the original manufacturer sold the company to L’Oréal which discontinued the device in 2020. The new ones are made by CurrentBody. They are not the same quality as the original Clarisonic.
