Solid Chair That's Good On Your Back
The media could not be loaded. This is overall a great chair! It's mostly easy to assemble and comes packaged really well. There are two pieces that come in a grey space type looking shell, and the assembly instructions are in there. The only difficult part with assembly comes with attaching the seat to the back of the chair. However, this is still doable solo assembly if you prop one piece up against a wall while you screw the other piece in.This chair is COMFTORABLE. I have another Mimo chair (shown in video) that is nice and works well, but that cost $100 and doesn't compare to the comfort of this chair. The lumbar support is the perfect height and adjusts with the back of the chair. The back of the chair has 5 adjustable positions. I'm about 5'8" and I favor the 4th highest position. Just a warning out there. This chair will probably work for you if you're a bit on the taller side, but just letting you know. The Chair also reclines back which is a nice touch for a break from work. The seat is comfortable and I could sit in it all day. My only downside with the chair is that the wheels don't roll well on the carpet on their own. This is easily fixable with a mat or something, but still something to note. The wheels roll well once they get moving and are sturdy on the chair, but need a little extra push if on carpet alone.Overall, a great chair. I would recommend anyone get it for their office! It is comfortable, sturdy, and the lumbar support is great. Great for gaming or for the office. Anywhere you need to sit down and focus, I'd recommend this chair.

low quality
It's a nice looking chair, and also quite comfortable, but clearly low quality. I've had it a few months and it's already started to creak loudly at my every move, as if it's straining to hold together. The noise is maddening, and worse it's an obvious sign it will need to be replaced within a year. There's also a problem with the configuration, where if you fidget in your chair there's a good chance you will inadvertently move the height of the backrest. I do it like 10 times a day. If you're WFH or spend a lot of time in your chair, do yourself a favor and spring for the real deal.UPDATE - The backrest now doesn't stay locked at all. I got 20 months of use out of it.

Great office chair with great lower back suppor
I don't usually write feedback, but this is one of the best chairs I have bought in the past few years. The setup is simple and the instruction is pretty straight forward. I was able to put the chair together in about 40 mins from the time I unboxed it.Besides the ease of setup, the chair is in fact pretty comfy. I have regularly back pain and the lumbar support helps me a lot to get through the day in front of the computer. The arm rest is adjustable up and down and left and right. The back can also be adjusted, but I didn't have to for my height. One of the best investment ever since I now sit in front of my computers 10 hr+

Great support for lower back but poor support for upper back
Could have been 5 stars if it supported the upper back. This chair does a wonderful job supporting the lower back but I returned it because my upper back started hurting just within hours of sitting it. It is sad because I already started enjoying the chair

Would be a great chair, but...
The media could not be loaded. The mechanism to adjust the seat back height is not designed well, in my opinion. There are plastic knobs that (should) stick out and then fit down into grooves (kind of like adjustable lounge chairs, if that's familiar to you). But the knobs on our chair didn't stick out far enough to catch in the grooves, so the chair back would not stay raised at the the desirable height. It's too bad because I like the other features of the chair--great wheels, sturdy, very comfortable, fits wider hips or narrow hips equally well since the arms adjust in so many directions. I was even impressed with the lock-tight tape on most of the screw shanks to keep the screws from wriggling loose over time. I dislike having to use an allen wrench for the majority of the bolts, but that's what you get for everything these days.Unfortunately the defective height adjustment mechanism for the seat back is a deal breaker. I see others have had some trouble with this, too. If you haven't, lucky you! If you take a chance and buy this chair, take my advice and check that the seat back adjuster will work BEFORE you put the chair together so you don't have to take it apart should you decide to return it.

The Best Chair ever
Purchased this chair a few weeks ago and it has to be one of the most comfortable office chairs I ever had. I had a problem with the height adjustment and sent an email describing the issue. They responded in a few hours and followed up every day to make sure my problem was resolved. In the end they ended up sending a new chair within 3 days days that worked perfectly. I have never worked with any business that was so attentive to my issue. This company deserves to be called a 5 star company. They have an excellent product and a support staff to match.

WOW - not as advertised
Overall impression is that it is cheap. I lasted an hour and a half this morning then went back to my old chair.Cons: - The lumber vertical adjustment does not lock in place, it drops from each position. It is basically a vertical adjustment for the entire back of the chair. does not stay in place at all. - The overall height adjustment does not work at all. - Arms are a little narrow not terribly. The width adjustment is really only the angle of the arm piece. The arms themselves are not width adjustable.Pros: - I do like being able to adjust the seat forward and back. - simple to assembleAt this point I expect to pack it up and return it. Very disappointed. Not worth $300.

Awesome chair with lots of adjustments!
First mesh office chair. I love all the adjustments. The 4D adjustable armrests are great for gaming. I came from a synthetic leather chair and now I know I've been missing the support I needed. I helps you to sit straight up and not slouch. The only thing I had to get use to was the stiff bottom mesh, I was use to the cushion. After a day or so it's no longer an issue. So far in 🥰. I'll try to remember and update in about 3 months or so.
