Yummy dosas
Very good finishing. Farely pre- seasoned. But if you season it with onion once before cooking, it gives amazing crispy dosa. Also make sure to jeat the tava on medium flame for 10 mins. This ensures even heating.

The Turner/spatula is of cheap wood and not iron as mentioned in description
The good thing was it was heavy do felt it of good material.. But surface had stains all over. ( maybe used) , Turner was of Cracked wood and not of Iron. Really wanted the iron turner/spatula.Packaging was not original.
