Champion Women's Open-Bottom Fleece Sweatpants, Standard Fit, Midweight

EDIT: In my original review I did not mention that the gray pants are an inch or more longer than the black ones; I thought they might shrink. They have been laundered quite a few times and are still long, but still acceptable.I am over 60 y/o and have worn sweat pants most of my life. However, as their popularity has waned in recent years (being replaced, perhaps, by yoga pants?), it has become harder to find good sweat pants. After a couple more bad purchases of pants that shrank too much, didn't have pockets, etc., I finally found these Champion ones. The reviews and answered questions prompted me to try them, and I have not been disappointed!! I have had them for two months, washed them quite a few times, and am as happy as I might expect to be with sweat pants. They have not shrunk noticeably, if at all, and have retained their color and shape. My only quibble is that they "pilled" pretty quickly between my upper thighs. I will not only buy more of these, but will gladly recommend them to others. I hope the price comes down, as that would make them more attractive. UPDATE: These sweatpants have been worn and loved so much for the last year that I have bought two more pair while they were on sale!! The pilling mentioned above has really been minimal and they never did shrink, perhaps because they are 60% polyester, but they certainly feel like cotton. They are not baggy, as sweat pants used to be, either, but look very crisp and neat. I wish they came in more colors, but I'm considering if I should stock up on enough black pairs to last me for life because as sure as they're "perfect," they will probably soon be unavailable! ;-) I love these.

This is my fourth attempt at buying sweats online. Of course the problem is you have to wash them before you know if you want to keep them. These are keepers! Every other pair I’ve bought from other companies shrinks up a good inch or two, leaving me with bare ankles. These did not. They are warm, but not too heavy and not too light. The pockets are a decent depth and hold my cell phone.

These sweat pants are well made of top grade material. They are soft and comfortable. The reason for 4 stars instead of5 is because if you are not a tall woman the length is too long. If you are 5'5" or under unless you wear heels, you will have to hem them.

I bought these for my elderly Mom and she loves them. They’re warm, nice fit, side pockets. She’s 5’ so she had to hem them, but that’s fairly typical for her. She typically wears an XL, and that’s what I purchased. They fit great. Ended up buying four pair in various colors. Would recommend to anyone. And the price was fabulous $20/ pair.

They are warm and cosy maybe not as soft as I would like them. The pockets have a nice trim that is sturdy. I think I would have liked them a little looser. I wear an XL and I ordered an XL. They fit but I would prefer them a little baggy.

These pants are so soft, warm and cozy! These fit as expected (maybe are a little baggy side). I bought a size up to be extra cozy. It does have a drawstring to pull in to fit better/customize. The fleece inside gives a soft warm feel.

These are my new Pandemic-Formalwear. I washed them before wearing, and the inside still has that snuggly fleece texture post-wash. The fabric is thick enough that every little dip & bump isn't showcased, but not so thick that they're unbearably hot. Wear any color drawers you like - they won't show through. (If the last sentence made no sense, walk around in your yoga pants, in different lighting conditions, with an HONEST friend or family member. It'll change your life.)The combination of wide no-roll waist band, straight leg hem, and reasonable pockets works nicely to avoid the "busted muffin tin" theme.I could live in these.

They are very nice, but very long. I am 5'8" and they were two inches too long, I had to return them.
