My care giver died, and this is letting me get to the grocery and drug store.
This scooter is a lifesaver! It's one of the least expensive ones that carry people over 300 lbs. It's weight limit is 325#. I use it to go tothe grocery store and drug store. I've not driven it over a few miles at a time, but it seems to work like a champ. If I'm using thefaster speeds (it has variable speed) the battery looks to be draining, but that isn't the case. It's just using energy faster than thebattery can supply it. If you stop, the battery will produce more energy and the charge will go up.There are a lot of accessories for the scooters now too. I got a trailer that I can pull behind the scooter which holds 55 lbs. I alsogot a poncho that covers me and the scooter, for the rainy Seattle weather. So I can go get food, no matter what.

Best Decision
I hemmed and hawed over buying a mobility scooter and after tons of research decided to go with this 3-wheel version for his portability and size. My plan was to use it for things that are too far for me to walk: fairgrounds, zoos, etc. The scooter came, was put together and charged overnight. Hubby and I tried it out at the fairgrounds where I saw lots of folks renting 4-wheel Pride GoGo's.I was amazed at how well this little guy (now named Harley) handles. Up and down steep inclines without a problem; over hard pack dirt and grass no problem. The shocks made the ride incredibly smooth though I decided I could skip running it through loose gravel or doing tight circles on uphills or lawn. That daring I'm not. We didn't miss a single thing at the fair and I was able to go the distance. The scooter has given me options I wouldn't have had and I'm looking forward to the freedom. By the way, I timed myself and I can both disassemble and load, and assemble the scooter myself in about 2 minutes
