I purchased this as a gift for my 10 year old granddaughter. She played the game every day while she was off for Christmas break. Everyone she played with enjoyed it. Fun game, easy too. I like that it closes up nicely for travel. Also, the pits are large enough to hold the stones (some reviews I read on other makes were negative regarding the size of the pits). Very satisfied.

The prettiest mancala board!
The board has a pale wood stripe on the top and looks elegant on the coffee table. The wood is beautifully finished and the hinges are a good quality. Wll likely get more to gift.

Nice Set, but came damaged
I like the overall design and build of the Mancala game. However, the product came damaged in the corners of the wood finished box, exposing the pressed wood beneath the laminate. The box also smells heavily of laquer paint.

great as a house warming gift
I got these a while ago for a Xmas present for my friend, since her house main color them is black I thought it was a cute gift. she loves it! I would say the its not fully painted black just the inside was and it doesn't have a latch to keep it closed when not in use so I suggest keeping the box it game in.

This is good during the summer whenever we go camping/for outdoor activity and it’s something we can share and play with younger generation. Letting them rest their eyes from gadgets. However the beads are too big so we had to use river rocks instead. I repurposed the beads as plant decors.
