A Shakespeare Coloring Book Paperback – September 1, 1985

Very cute - great historical context since the pages were from different points in history. I also love how each coloring page has a quote from the play.

We bought this book as it is part of the book list for Pandia Press' History Odyssey, Middle Ages, Level Two curriculum for middle schoolers. I am very pleased with the artwork as it is exactly the level of detail and interest that I would expect for a book to be colored by a sixth grade boy. It isn't girly at all and leaves plenty of room for creativity.

While reading our Tales From Shakespeare, we could enrich the experience by providing a color sheet that goes along with the story. The students seemed to enjoy this part of our class time.

All of the pages were already colored in the coloring book!

We are using this book with our homeschool history curriculum (History Odyssey Middle Ages, Level 2) and enjoying it. My 12 year old son is putting together a Shakespeare book as he reads about the playwright and studies his plays/time period. The line drawings are detailed and fun to color.

Anything to get kids revved up about Shakespeare works for me. Will have my students color something before beginning Hamlet next year. Fun.

I really love this coloring book! I ordered it to go with my daughter's history homeschool curriculum. She loves coloring so this was a great fit for her.

I am very pleased with this book for a niece aged 8. It will be a fun introduction to the Bard, and a good conversation starter with her parents.
