Q: what is size of this item

After sitting on it for a year or so for work, it's about 16.5 inches front to back, and a bit over 19 inches side to side.

Q: My car is too bumpy. Will this make my car ride smoother?

I suppose you will get some comfort with the cushion. I got it, at the suggestion of a physical therapist, to correct my pelvis position while driving. Perhaps, you have your car checked out to determine why the ride is so bumpy.

It's about 2.5 inches at its thickest. I like it. The others I tried were far too thick and bulky.
