Wonderful okay set for 3 year old
We’ve had ours for a few months and our son uses it everyday. The assembly took awhile but it’s held up great. We weather proof stained it before assembly since we’re in colorado. Then my husband and some friends and family helped over 3 days. I think one or two boards cracked from the screws but they found alternates and you can’t tell. Looks great.

Be super diligent as there’s lots of pieces.
So cute. The directions are easy to follow, the screws, bolts, nuts, wood and plastic pieces are all numbered. The numbers are easy to see. I recommend sorting all the pieces numerically ,before you start. It took of several days to put it together. Some of the wood is soft so use caution not to over tighten screws. And make sure the hound is level, as some of our pieces went in crooked. Also, we did not get the slide on the first delivery, but after a phone call Amazon fixed it quickly!!

Not Durable Or Long Lasting
When assembling we noticed the boards are very thin and many had cracks in them before we began assembly. At first we had only noticed a few, so we were relatively unbothered, and proceeded after reading more about the product in the instructions.During assembly, boards began splitting down the middle, subsequently leading to screws falling out. There are panels with staples missing or falling out, the window framings are barely held in place. The list goes on.We went to a big box store and bought lumber to use as reinforcement, and still this structure is weak.It was purchased for my son's first birthday - a 21lb child at the time, now 25lbs at 17 months and he causes the board to warp, bow, and crack when walking on them. This was assembled by 3 metal fabricators, my husband who is a welder/machinist and works on fighter jets, my brother in law, who is a crew chief on helicopters and fighter jets, and my father who is a sheet metal worker on fighters, and previously used to frame houses, and work in construction. I'm saying all of this to frame in your mind that nothing was assembled incorrectly. This product is simply not worth it.This was a product we were hoping to get a decade or more of use out of, and we haven't even gotten 6 months. Now we're out nearly $2,000 and we don't have playground equipment for my son or our future children. I'm beyond furious.

Be Prepared Spend Time on Assembly
So I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this particular model and I can share the following comments:1. Be prepared to spend about 16 hours of time to assemble. That assumes you are handy and have the proper tools and you have at least one person to assist. I had two people assisting and I am very handy and have all the tools necessary aside from what they provide.2. You absolutely have to download the recommended app which walks you through the assembly step by step. DO NOT GO OUT OF ORDER-I LEARNED THAT THE HARD WAY. Be prepared to either have an iPad or laptop-do not try to follow on the instruction on your iPhone and forget trying to use just the written instructions.3. The parts are all packed randomly so when you unpack, take some time to separate the parts by lettering-numbers, and colors, and lay them out on a trap. You should take time to organize all the hardware-again by numbers, colors and even type-i.e. bolts, lag screws, regular screw, flat washers, lock washers.4. A couple of parts came damaged but nothing that I wasn't able to fix with a nail gun and wood glue. If you are not handy and do not have the right tools, you may need to contact the company for replacement parts.5. If you are not assembling on absolutely flat and level ground, be prepared to have to use some method of leveling. I used a combination of large paving blocks as well as attaching 2'x4' and 2'x6' pressure treated wood to the inside of the base. I also had to attach extensions to the rock wall and stairs. Again, you have an absolutely flat and level surface, this will not be a problem. Otherwise, be prepared to make significant modifications.6. Overall, the product is good value for money. Be careful to not over tighten or screw into the wood as it may cause splitting. Otherwise, the wood and overall design appears to be good for use by the recommended ages.

Great quality playset
Easy to order and delivery was easy. Not sealed so we did seal it before we built it. We used the paper instructions to build it and they were easy to follow. We took 3 days to build it if you include the time to seal it all. One small piece of wood was missing but we were able to get a piece at Home Depot. All wood and parts come labeled. Quality of the Cedar is great very sturdy. Size of playhouse is great. I fit standing up upstairs. Kids 6 and 4 love all the features. We did add the trapeze. Overall great purchase that will last many years.

Def not as sturdy as I thought.
Some pieces of wood came damaged. The wood isn’t that good of quality. Smaller then I thought as well, my son is almost 5 and I was hoping it would last at least 5 years, it will prob last maybe two. The swings comes don’t look too sturdy as well. Would work well for a child 1 to 4

Can be done Alone
I did it alone and the project took 3 days. I bought barrier sheets and fake grass to line under and surround it. When my kids were little I had a set with no fake grass and it was a pain to cut and edge grass and in the morning dew their shoes got filthy. Soo much better. You absolutely need a drill and the directions weren’t that good. When it’s confusing, common sense worked out. There are a lot of parts, you have to lay everything out in piles, sort by color and size and all nots and bolts with part numbers face up. If you decide to do it solo, you needs an A frame ladder. There is no other way. Super Quality. It was worth the project. 1 day was spent clearing under grass and Laying fake grass. Solid 16 hours to assemble. You won’t regret the grass
