Works good. Easy to wire.

Will rate durability after a few rides. Mounted easily in 20 min. Everthing seems like solid metal. Was surprised in the quality and how bright it is. Wired up easily and has a nice window to light up the plate as well. Brake light is definitely bright enough. Great buy for the bobber. Bracket, light and hardware are all solid. Exceeded expectations.

First of all the mounting plate and bracket is built like a Sherman tank. Second, the light itself seems to be made from aluminum or pot metal but isn’t plastic. The wires come with the male portion of banana connectors mounted which was nice but I promptly cut them off to use the connectors I had on hand which exposed the biggest issue I have with this light which is the quality of the wires. The wires are very thin but have lots of insulation which lead you to believe it’s automotive quality 18awg wire. If it bothered me enough I would just solder new wire to the board but it works fine for now but I had to cut the insulation back twice as far and fold the conductor over to get a red connector to crimp on and hold. The other thing is that the license plate light portion gets brighter when you hit the brakes as all the lights come from the same circuit and it’s just the colored lens which changes the color. Other people have isolated the license plate portion of the board but it really doesn’t bother me that much as it’s plenty bright when you crank the brakes and I just want to be seen. The mounting hole is also huge and I believe it’s for the rear axle. My volusia VL800 has another bolt which I opted for to save from removing the rear wheel and I had to make my own huge washer because I didn’t want to run to the depot.

Easy install great look may want to use lock tite on bolts tho

Strong metal frame

To be fair, for the price, the light is not bad. It has some issues though that have to be known and/or addressed. Biggest issue is the cheap metal it is made of. I have it mounted to a 1980 Harley and it shakes terrible every time I twist the throttle. This makes the light flicker a little and will end up braking the bracket off. Other issue is that the license plate light is hooked to the brake light instead of the running light. So you only get a license plate light when you hit the brakes. Last but not least, the bolts the hold the light to the plate and the plate to the bracket stick through and interfere with license plate mounting. Easily fixed with a few washers behind the license plate though

I am terrified that if the LED light bulbs fail, I will have no idea where to obtain replacements. However, that aside, the product is quite durable and well built. Although I initially intended to replace my bike turn signal relay on account of the LED light, that was unnecessary. I would repurchase it again.

Works as described (Red to yellow) feels a bit cheap but looks decent.

It's not an LED just a bulb. Misleading advertising, seriously disappointed and not worth the purchase. I'm going to return it for a refund. If you're gonna tell me I'm buying LED lighting then you best not try and hide it with two tiny screws.

This is using a standard bulb, no LED. Wires are a different colors than the listing. Black for common ground, red for brake light and blue for running light. Light casing cane dented, white lense was cracked from screws being too tight.

Not LED. Bad seller. Do no recommend. If I wanted an incandescent bulb I would have bought one.
