Q: Can you wash the pillow or just the case?

You can take out the foam inner, then wash the cover seprately.The cover can be machine washed, and dry on low temperature.

OMG gotta admit that I have been sleeping on these for 3 months and they are in no way shape or form flat,,or out of shape at all!!! I am so in love with these pillows,,and from now on will never buy any other brand or style! These are the real deal and at a great price too!!! Hope this helps you!

All memory foam smells awful from the factory, but since these are vacuum packed, step 1 is putting them in the dryer on a cycle or two and that should mitigate the smell significantly(heat removes the VOCs)
