I own an earlier version of this concise book, and can recommend it enthusiastically. It is organized logically and written in a style that is accessible to all readers. Most important, the suggestions are practical. You will find yourself saying "Oh, right, I should have thought of that ..." But few of us can think of everything that we should do to create effective teacher / para teams, which is why this book is so useful.
