Sindoh RDP14100-AS 3Dwox Dp200/1 Nozzle (Dp200 and 3Dwox 1 Only)

After 5 months of heavy use, my DP200 started to give me "401" errors on the LCD display, meaning the printer was unable to drive filament through the extruder/nozzle. In addition, I could hear a slight "ticking" sound underneath the LCD display, which I suspect was the sound of filament slipping on whatever drive wheels are driving the filament to the extruder. The printer tried several times to perform its own automated fix, but still I would get 401 errors a few minutes into printing. I bought this new extruder and it worked marvelously. The printer is back up-and-running without a hitch. Yes, an extruder/nozzle should have lasted longer than 5 months -- but to be fair, I have been using this printer very heavily. But here's the good news: installing this extruder/nozzle is super easy. The instructions come with the new nozzle, but I'll summarize it here: Step 1, after having unloaded the filament cartridge and unplugged the printer, remove a small white plastic clamp from around the hose that feeds filament into the extruder. Step 2, Now that the small white clamp is gone, you can press down on the black plastic plunger that the clamp was holding up. Pro-tip: I found this much easier to do using a small needlenose rather than my fingers. Step 3, Now that the plunger is pushed down, the hose pulls out easily. Step 4, flip up the little cover on the top of the extruder to reveal the two small cable harnesses inside the extruder. Step 5, Unplug the two harnesses. Again, I found this easier to do using a small needlenose. Gently squeeze the harnesses to detach them. Step 6, The extruder is simply held to the drive-arm using a very strong magnet...wow! So all you have to do is pull the extruder off -- it's as easy as pulling a strong magnet off a refrigerator. Now reverse the process to to install the new extruder. Voila! Honestly, this was super-easy to do.

Used this part to replace the extruded on my 3DWOX1. WORKS GREAT! Go through the re-calibration process and you will be able to dial everything in better than when your printer was new.
